Wilson FIT
Brent Wilson is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer. He began fitness training in 2016 and has worked with clients of all ages and abilities. His clients range from athletes training for peak performance to adults hoping to lose weight or prevent chronic disease. His training style is focused on functional and compound movements to build both strength and conditioning. Well rounded fitness is the goal at Wilson FIT. Brent grew up struggling with weight and healthy eating habits. At 18 he was diagnosed with high blood pressure and pre-diabetes as a result of his obesity and poor lifestyle. It was at that moment he began his journey to health. “I have been there. I know how it feels to walk into a gym for the first time. To know there are changes that need to be made, yet not having any idea where to begin. I walked that path alone and made it my mission to make sure others don’t have to. I want Wilson FIT to be a place you look forward to visiting. Where you walk in and feel empowered, not nervous. I truly love this work and want to help others be the best version of themselves. “
