Free Spirit Yoga Studio & Meditation Sanctuary

Free Spirit Yoga Studio and Meditation Sanctuary is founded and created to promote health and well being through the ancient disciplines of yoga. Promoting the union of mind body spirit, I teach a healing class of meditation on Monday's at 7:15 pm featuring guided meditation and Sound Healing. Children eight years old and older may attend.
