CrossFit LandRush

CrossFit Landrush is the most family-friendly crossfit gym in all of OKC with a dedicated kids room and childcare included! We have an 8,400 sq ft facility with all top of the line equipment, which is constantly being updated! Our coaching staff is very well-rounded and has several coaches with over 10 years of experience. We love to help athletes of all ages and abilities and pride ourselves in programming for elite athletes as well as tailoring workouts to beginners.
