At Apex Jiu-Jitsu our focus is reality-based self defense. Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is the most effective martial art in the world today. Striking, clinching, takedowns, and submissions are all integral parts of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. The most unique aspect of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu are the ground techniques. It's commonly held that most fights end up on the ground, and the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu practitioner has an elevated knowledge of ground-based techniques. At the heart of everything that we do is our passion for education and our commitment to our students. Our Instructors are veteran police officers, with decades of experience.
