3rd Street Yoga is located in a historic building in downtown Edmond. As soon as you step into the studio, you'll notice the calm and welcoming atmosphere we've created with hundreds of yoga students since 2003. As the oldest yoga studio in Oklahoma, and a vibrant part of the community, our intention is to offer a space where people may be assisted in their journey to find peace and illumination of their inner light through the practice of yoga and meditation. Experienced teachers guide students of all levels in a variety of yoga practices, including hatha, kundalini, restorative, vinyasa, and yin. Wherever you are in your practice, we are dedicated to holding space for you in a way that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit. Get inspired and feel connected in our thriving community with our monthly events including reiki circles, yoga philosophy community circles, and sound baths.
